Scope & commercial conditions
- Cameras must provide RTSP/ONVIF or accessible streams with suitable image quality and views. Additional cameras, NVRs, HDDs and PoE switches are quoted separately if required.
- Special datasets/model training, custom PLC/speaker/ERP/Zalo/API integration, out-of-area travel and network changes are outside standard deployment fees.
- Driving phone use, speed, chemical/welding PPE, height work, lifting and person-down require a PoC/calibration. Edge stream counts are targets; an SLA follows validation.
- Indicative volume discounts: up to 5% for 20–49 cameras; up to 10% for 50–99; a project quotation for 100+. Discounts are confirmed in the quotation and do not automatically stack with the six-month offer.

Before you ask
Must we replace our cameras?
Not necessarily. Accessible streams, suitable image quality and camera angles are required. New cameras, NVRs, HDDs and PoE switches are optional where the survey identifies a need.
Does the AI subscription include hardware and setup?
No. AI licences are charged per camera/month. Edge hardware and deployment are separate one-time purchases, itemised above.
How many cameras can one Edge device handle?
Targets: E4 handles 1–4 standard streams; E8 handles 4–8 standard or 2–4 demanding streams. These are sizing targets, not an SLA; validate the final configuration through benchmarks and a PoC.
How does the six-month offer work?
Pay five times the monthly rate for six months of AI licensing. Hardware, setup and special customisation are excluded; promotions do not automatically stack.
Can visual AI replace a fire alarm system?
No. Visual smoke/fire detection is a supplementary monitoring layer. Maintain the site's dedicated fire alarm system and safety procedures.
