This page has two halves. The first carries our published cloud and AI prices, per camera per month — usable straight away for a single store, warehouse, or facility, with no quotation needed. The second covers licensing for multi-site estates, where cost depends on camera count, retention policy, how many streams run AI, and the deployment architecture; there we publish the scope of each package and the factors that drive the figure, then quote after a survey. Surveys are free of charge.
This is not a product of its own. It is the subscription you add to AQP Vision™ Platform or AQP Construction™ when a site needs longer cloud retention, or needs person, face, and number-plate recognition and AI video search on top. Priced per camera per month, with no minimum camera count.

If you only need one AI capability, buy it for the specific cameras that need it on top of AQP Cloud rather than upgrading the whole plan. Prices add to the cloud plan in use.

Face recognition, LPR, OCR, and AI Search together, cheaper than buying them separately. Equivalent to the AI in AQP Vision AI Pro. PPE detection is priced separately and is not part of the bundle.
Person and vehicle detection count as baseline AI and are included in every cloud plan at no extra charge. PPE detection needs a camera close enough to the work face, so its mounting position is confirmed during the survey.

The same package can be bought under three different models. Which one fits depends on whether the business can approve capital expenditure or prefers a monthly cost, and on who will operate the system.
Buy a licence by camera channel and run it long-term on your own infrastructure. Maintenance and version upgrades are charged separately per year. Suited to organisations that can only approve one-off capital spend.
Pay by camera count and package, with version updates and support included. Scale the camera count up or down as operations change. Suited to reducing upfront investment and rolling out in stages.
For systems integrators and partners delivering under their own brand: licensing per project or by subscription, with APIs, SDKs, and connectors within the agreed scope.
These are the questions we ask during the survey, and the reason two systems with the same camera count can still cost very different amounts.
The primary unit for every package. A camera publishing several streams at different resolutions may count differently from a single-stream camera.
These determine the storage and bandwidth to provision. Seven days is nothing like ninety, and on-site retention is nothing like cloud.
AI is counted by the streams actually analysed, not by total cameras. Many systems only need AI on a small share of them.
Cloud, on-premise, hybrid, or processing at the edge. Moving AI to the edge cuts bandwidth but adds hardware; keeping it central does the reverse.
More branches, more servers, continuous-operation requirements, and high availability raise both licensing and infrastructure.
Connecting access control, IoT, ERP, or line-of-business systems that already expose APIs is one level; building a bespoke connector is another.
Support hours, committed response times, on-site attendance, and how often system-health reporting is delivered.
Stated upfront so nothing in the full quotation comes as a surprise. AQP can supply or co-deliver these, but they are costed separately.
The cheapest way to find out whether the platform solves your problem is to run it on a narrow scope with success criteria agreed in advance. Once the result is proven, the system scales to what operations actually need.

Usually not. The platform supports compatible IP cameras and recorders over ONVIF or RTSP, so most existing systems connect. Specific compatibility, and whether image quality is good enough to run AI, is confirmed during the survey.
Yes. Face recognition, LPR, OCR, AI Search, and PPE detection can each be unlocked per camera on top of AQP Cloud. If you need the first four, the AI Pro bundle costs less than buying them separately; PPE detection is priced on its own.

Device compatibility and feature status are confirmed during survey or PoC. Search scope and AI event types depend on image quality, what the camera or AI device can produce, and the package agreed — not every search criterion is available on every system. Advanced Deep Search, natural-language search, high availability, SSO, Vision Mobile, the AI Video Appliance for older cameras, third-party VMS connectors, direct-to-cloud cameras, and vendor-specific NVR support may be add-ons, in development, partner integrations, or project customisations.
