Can support detection of distraction, mobile-phone use, fatigue or drowsiness, missing seatbelts, smoking, unsafe following distance, lane departure, harsh braking, harsh acceleration, and sudden steering — the AI features in scope are chosen per device configuration and project requirement.

Which behaviour-detection features are in scope is selected per problem and depends on device configuration and project requirement — not all of them are available on every configuration. ADAS, ECM data, livestream, extension cameras, Mobile Video Recorder, maintenance, driver identification, and AI assistants depend on hardware and confirmed Available, Development, or Project Option status.

Can AQP Fleet™ One replace our current GPS?

It can operate as a complete GPS/telematics platform or integrate existing GPS devices through APIs after assessment.

Must video stream continuously to the cloud?

No. Edge AI can upload only event clips; continual, event-based, or combined recording is configured by policy.

Can it run in the customer's data centre?

Yes. AQP supports cloud, private cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployment.

Can it connect to our ERP, TMS, or WMS?

Integration can use REST APIs, webhooks, MQTT, or project-specific connectors.

Does it support different vehicle types?

Cars, lorries, coaches, specialist vehicles, and tracked assets can share one platform.

Does the driver camera record continuously?

The organisation controls event, schedule, geofence, and retention policies to balance safety and privacy.

Can we pilot before a full rollout?

Yes. A 5–20 vehicle, 30–60 day PoC can validate AI, connectivity, workflows, integrations, and operating cost.

How is AQP DriveCam different from an ordinary dashcam?

AQP DriveCam is a video telematics edge device for fleets, not a consumer dashcam: it runs AI on the device, warns the driver in the cabin, and sends events with video, GPS, and sensor context to the platform so they can be managed as a workflow.

What if a vehicle needs more than two cameras?

For lorries, coaches, construction plant, or specialist vehicles, the system uses a Mobile Video Recorder: front, driver, side, and rear cameras feed one on-vehicle recorder, which sends data over 4G and GPS to the platform.
