What we hold to
We do not promise what we have not done. If a requirement is beyond us or not worth the investment, we say so rather than selling around it.
A system we handed over is a system we have to keep running. We do not push the fault onto the device maker or onto the customer's network.
The people opening the system every day are guards, drivers, store managers, technicians. If they find it hard to use, that is our failure, not theirs.
We would rather have fewer customers who stay than sell widely and disappear after acceptance.

Developing the management, permissions, and data-processing layers ourselves rather than only reselling another vendor's software — so we can modify, extend, and integrate to what each customer actually needs.
- 02Apply AI to specific jobs
Using AI only where it genuinely takes work off people: recognising situations on camera, warning a driver whose attention has dropped, finding one moment inside hours of footage.
- 03Grow local delivery capacity
Expanding the engineering team and the installation network so we can take on multi-site, multi-province projects while holding installation quality and response times.
- 04Partner rather than go it alone
Working with device manufacturers, installation firms, and other software companies so each side does what it does best, while the customer still deals with one point of contact.

Talk to AQP01Roughly what does it cost?+
It depends on how many cameras or vehicles, how recordings are stored, and the level of support you want. We survey first and then quote specifically, at no charge for the survey. Hardware, installation, and annual running costs are always itemised separately.
02Do I have to replace all my current cameras?+
Usually not. Most common IP cameras and recorders will connect to our system. We check what you have during the survey and tell you plainly what can stay, what should be replaced, and why.
03How long until it is working?+
A single store or site is typically a few days. Fleets depend on when you can release vehicles for fitting. Multi-site rollouts are scheduled in waves so trading is not disrupted.
04Where is my video stored?+
Your choice: on your own hardware on site, in the cloud, or a combination. If your organisation requires that data never leaves your network, we deploy entirely on premise.
05Who can see my cameras?+
Only the accounts you authorise. Permissions are set by role and by location — a store manager sees only their own site. Every view and every download is logged.
06Who supports it after handover?+
AQP's own engineers in Vietnam, working in Vietnamese and English. You get a direct contact rather than an overseas call centre. Warranty terms and response times are written into the contract.
07Can I trial it before committing?+
Yes. We can fit one location or a few vehicles so you use it for real before expanding. The scope and duration of the trial are agreed in writing up front.
08Will you work with my own contractor?+
Yes. If you already have an electrical contractor or in-house IT, we hand over the design and coordinate while they install; AQP stays responsible for hardware, software, and commissioning.
