AI processing at the edge
Models run on the device itself, so alerts arrive within seconds and do not depend on link quality. Only events worth attention are sent upstream, which cuts bandwidth and storage cost sharply.
This page is for engineering teams and integrators. From the device at the edge to the API layer that plugs into your business systems, all four tiers below are built and operated by AQP — which is why we can fix, extend, and integrate against what a project actually needs.
From the device at the edge to the API layer that plugs into your business systems, all four tiers below are built and operated by AQP. Because we own the whole data path, we can fix, extend and integrate against what a project actually needs — instead of waiting on a patch from a vendor overseas.
The AQP Video Gateway sits on site, discovers cameras on the local network, records locally and runs AI right next to the video source. If the link drops, footage is buffered and re-synced once it comes back.
AQP's media engine handles live streaming, transcoding, playback and clip extraction. Footage is placed across storage tiers according to retention and importance, rather than dumped into one expensive pool.
Where video becomes usable information: device and user management, metadata tagging, map views, rule-driven event handling, and finding a specific moment inside a very large archive.
The connective layer that pushes events and data into the rest of the AQP product line and into the business systems you already run, so a fleet, a site or a store chain never has to enter the same thing twice.
These are the hard engineering problems we solved while deploying in Vietnam — where connectivity is uneven and no two sites have the same infrastructure.

An alert is more than a video clip. The system packages the timestamp, location, speed, sensor readings and the identity of the people involved into a verifiable record you can rely on as evidence.
Recent, frequently accessed footage stays on the fast tier; older footage moves down to cheaper storage. You keep the retention period your regulator requires without paying hot-storage rates for all of it.
Find footage by describing what you are looking for, instead of scrubbing through hundreds of hours by hand. It is the difference between investigating an incident in ten minutes and losing a whole day.
You set the rules yourself: which event goes to whom, in which time window, in which zone, and what workflow it triggers next. No re-engineering of the system each time an operating procedure changes.
Devices keep recording, analysing and alerting through an outage, then sync the gap once the network returns. No blank stretches in the record.
For some problems, video can be processed on the camera or on an edge device to detect events faster, cut bandwidth, and keep operating when connectivity is unreliable. This is a foundational capability across AQP products, not a product sold on its own.
We build on open standards, so most of the cameras and devices you already own will connect. You can also export your data at any time — it is your data.
All software and footage stay inside your own infrastructure and never leave your network.
Dedicated cloud infrastructure for your organisation, isolated from other customers.
AQP operates the infrastructure; you provide connectivity and the devices on site.
Heavy video stays local while multi-site management and alerting run in the cloud.
AQP builds on widely used standards and protocols so its products can connect to existing infrastructure. The aim is to avoid forcing a business to replace everything it currently uses just to start a new project.
Send us the current state of your system — cameras, devices, connectivity, business systems. We will work through the architecture and the integration approach before anyone talks about pricing.
Talk to AQPShare the current state of your systems, your workflow, and the objectives that matter most. The AQP team will help scope it and propose a PoC to start from.
