AQP Construction™ is sold as a monthly service: you pay per camera, and AQP owns the equipment, the 4G connectivity, the platform, and field maintenance for as long as the site is running. This page publishes what each package costs, which AI modules can be added, and a calculator so you can work out the figure for your own site.
There are two ways to buy. If the site already has suitable cameras, you only need the platform — from 99,000₫ per camera per month. If you need a complete service with the camera, 4G, cloud, timelapse, and maintenance, pricing starts at 1,290,000₫ per camera per month. The 99,000₫ figure does not include a camera, a SIM, or installation; we say so plainly rather than let the quote come as a surprise.
You pay a monthly fee per camera; AQP provides the equipment, connectivity, platform, and maintenance. Hardware failures are replaced within the contract term, and when the project ends the camera cluster is removed and moved to the next site. The prices below apply to contracts from three months.

Essential can have individual AI modules switched on as the need arises, rather than moving the whole site up a tier. Past a certain number of modules, Pro AI works out cheaper — we will tell you where that point falls when we quote.
Flags missing hard hats, hi-vis vests, or harnesses by zone and working hours, with violation stills and compliance rates by day, by crew, and by subcontractor.
Alerts when someone enters the site after hours or steps into a restricted area, watching the perimeter and the danger zones around excavations and slab edges.
Counts people in the work area and at the gate, tracking headcount by hour so it can be checked against the site diary.
Detects and classifies vehicles entering and leaving, with daily counts by vehicle type for tracking material deliveries.
Find past site conditions in plain language, such as “concrete pump arriving Tuesday morning” or “person without a hard hat on level 3”.
Recognises enrolled personnel at the site gate, with whitelists and blacklists and a per-person entry history.
Reads text and numbers off the image: container codes, material batch numbers, pallet labels, and delivery paperwork at the gate.
Reads the plates of vehicles entering and leaving, records entry and exit times, supports whitelists and blacklists, and offers an API for gate or logistics systems.
Compares site conditions against the BIM model at progress milestones. This is a roadmap capability, delivered per project and sometimes alongside a partner.
Feeds imagery, events, and progress reports into the project management system you already use, instead of having someone export and retype them.
Module prices are per camera per month, except BIM Compare and API access, which are per site. PPE detection and ANPR need a camera positioned for the job — not the wide progress view reused — so mounting positions are confirmed during the survey.
Gate control, after-hours security, and branded progress video are three distinct needs. Each is bought independently of the progress-camera package and priced in its own unit.

Solar is a 300,000₫ per camera per month add-on, not a separate product line. The table below gives the final price of the four common configurations.

A staffed remote watch is not part of the standard SiteSecure package. The cost of a final project film depends on length, post-production, branding, music, voice-over, and motion graphics.
Incentives sit on installation, AI modules, and usage time rather than deep discounts on the platform rate, so the cost of running the system stays covered for the life of the project.

Equipment on a construction site has a different life from equipment in a factory: it only needs to run while the site is being built, then move on. These three models reflect that.
Pay per camera per month, or per site per month, covering the camera, installation, 4G, the platform, recording, timelapse, maintenance, and support. This is the most commonly used route, and the model behind the three published packages above.
AQP owns the equipment and you rent it for the life of the project. When the project ends, the equipment is removed, refurbished, and moved to the next site — so you are not left holding assets you no longer need.
Buy the equipment, the software licences, the installation, and a support package. This suits companies that want to own the equipment and reuse it across future projects, or that can only get one-off capital expenditure approved.
These are the questions we ask during the survey, and the reason two sites with the same camera count can still cost different amounts.
A wide site or a long construction corridor needs more camera positions to avoid blind spots. Camera count is the billing unit for every package.
With mains power, it is a cable run. Without it, you need a solar panel, a battery, and an outdoor enclosure — 300,000₫ per camera per month plus the installation cost.
A weak-signal site needs a directional antenna, a higher mounting position, or a different buffering policy, and that affects how much video reaches the cloud.
A 3.5–5 m pole, a bracket on the structure, and a container-top mount are three different levels of material and labour cost.
AI is billed per camera that actually analyses, not across the whole fleet. Plenty of sites only need PPE at the gate and intrusion detection after hours.
Twelve- and 24-month contracts carry their own incentives. Projects shorter than three months are billed at list price and may incur a removal fee.
Running several projects from one account, granting permissions to multiple parties, and scheduled reporting all widen the software scope.
Pushing imagery and events into a project management system through an existing API is one level; building a bespoke connector is another.
Stated up front so nothing in the full quote comes as a surprise. AQP delivers or coordinates these, but they are charged separately.
The cheapest way to find out whether the system helps your site is to run it on one site through one construction phase. After that you have real data — imagery, timelapse, PPE violation counts — to decide whether to scale.

Image coverage, capture interval, power arrangement, connectivity quality and the feasibility of AI alerts are confirmed during the site survey. AI alerts depend on image quality, mounting angle and the scope agreed for the project. PPE detection in particular needs a camera placed close enough to the work face: hard hats and hi-vis vests detect more accurately than harnesses, which are frequently occluded — the expected accuracy, the zones it applies to and the shift hours are agreed before deployment, and the system supports rather than replaces on-site safety supervision. Gate number-plate recognition, 360° capture, drone integration and BIM comparison are roadmap or project-option capabilities, may be delivered with a partner, and are only committed once the scope is agreed in writing.
